Managing Bookings
Bookings help you schedule and track appointments, consultations, and meetings with your contacts.
Creating a booking
Section titled “Creating a booking”- Go to Bookings in the sidebar
- Click New Booking
- Fill in:
- Title (required) — what the meeting is about
- Contact — who you’re meeting with
- Start time — when it begins
- End time — when it ends
- Status — scheduled, completed, or cancelled
- Description — agenda or notes
- Click Save
Booking statuses
Section titled “Booking statuses”| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Scheduled | Upcoming appointment |
| Completed | Meeting has taken place |
| Cancelled | Meeting was called off |
Calendar view
Section titled “Calendar view”The Calendar page (in the sidebar) shows all your bookings in a visual calendar layout, making it easy to see your schedule at a glance.
Exporting bookings
Section titled “Exporting bookings”Click Export on the Bookings page to download all bookings as a CSV file.
- Always link bookings to a contact so you can see the meeting history on their profile
- Use the description field for meeting agendas — it’s visible when you open the booking
- Review completed bookings to log follow-up tasks
