Attachments

Attachments let you store files alongside your CRM records — contracts, proposals, receipts, or any document you need to reference later.

  1. Open a contact, deal, or invoice detail view
  2. In the Attachments section, click Upload
  3. Select a file from your computer
  4. The file uploads immediately and appears in the list

Each attachment shows:

  • Filename
  • File type (PDF, image, document, etc.)
  • File size
  • Upload date

Click on an attachment to download it.

Click the delete icon on an attachment to remove it. You’ll be asked to confirm before it’s deleted.

  • Upload signed contracts to the contact’s record so they’re always easy to find
  • Attach proposals to deals to keep everything in context
  • Use clear filenames — “Acme-contract-2026.pdf” is better than “document.pdf”
