Tags & Custom Fields
Tags are colored labels you can attach to contacts for quick filtering and organization.
Creating tags
Section titled “Creating tags”- Go to Settings > Tags
- Enter a tag name
- Pick a color
- Click Add
Tagging contacts
Section titled “Tagging contacts”- Open a contact’s detail view
- Click the Tags section
- Select tags from the dropdown
- Changes save automatically
Filtering by tag
Section titled “Filtering by tag”On the Contacts page, use the tag filter to show only contacts with a specific tag. You can also export contacts filtered by tag.

Custom Fields
Section titled “Custom Fields”Custom fields let you add extra data to contacts beyond the default fields.
Creating custom fields
Section titled “Creating custom fields”- Go to Settings > Custom Fields
- Click Add Field
- Configure:
- Name — the label shown on forms (e.g., “Industry”)
- Type — text, number, date, select, or checkbox
- Required — whether the field must be filled in
- For select type: add the dropdown options
- Click Save
Supported field types

Custom fields appear on both the contact form (when creating/editing) and the contact detail view.
