Sales Pipeline
The deals pipeline gives you a visual overview of where every potential sale stands.
Deal stages
Section titled “Deal stages”Every deal moves through these stages:
| Stage | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Lead | Initial contact, not yet qualified |
| Qualified | Confirmed interest, fits your offering |
| Proposal | You’ve sent a quote or proposal |
| Negotiation | Discussing terms, pricing, scope |
| Won | Deal closed successfully |
| Lost | Deal didn’t work out |
Pipeline view
Section titled “Pipeline view”The Deals page shows all your active deals. You can filter by:
- Stage — see only deals in a specific stage
- Contact — see all deals for a specific client
- Search — find deals by title
Moving deals through stages
Section titled “Moving deals through stages”- Open a deal
- Click Edit
- Change the Stage field
- Click Save
When a deal is marked as Won, it contributes to your revenue reports. When marked as Lost, you can record a reason to track why deals fall through.
Summary cards
Section titled “Summary cards”At the top of the Deals page, you’ll see summary cards showing:
- Total number of deals per stage
- Total pipeline value
- Won vs lost counts
These update in real time as you modify deals.
