Sending Emails
You can send emails to contacts directly from intrebit CRM — no need to switch to your email client.
Sending an email
Section titled “Sending an email”- Open a contact’s detail view
- Click Send Email
- Fill in:
- Subject — the email subject line
- Body — your message
- Optionally select an email template to pre-fill
- Click Send
The email is sent via your configured SMTP settings and automatically logged as an activity on the contact’s record.
Email tracking
Section titled “Email tracking”When email tracking is enabled, the CRM tracks:
- Opens — how many times the email was opened
- Clicks — which links were clicked
- First/last opened — timestamps
This data appears on the contact’s activity log.
- Use templates for repetitive emails to save time
- Check the activity log to see if your email was opened before following up
- Always personalize the email even when using a template
