Yes. All data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS), passwords are hashed with Argon2, and we support two-factor authentication. Each organization’s data is completely isolated from others.

How do I import contacts from another CRM?

Export your contacts as a CSV file from your current tool, then use the Import feature in intrebit. Match the column headers (name, email, phone, company, notes) and upload.

Not currently. Use the “Update existing” mode during import to update contacts with matching email addresses.

The free plan supports up to 100 contacts. Pro and Enterprise plans have unlimited contacts.

You can set any currency in Settings > Invoice Defaults. The CRM formats amounts according to your chosen currency.

Not directly through the CRM yet. You can include payment instructions (bank details, PayPal link, etc.) in the invoice notes. Clients can view invoices through the Client Portal.

Invoice numbers are auto-generated using your prefix (e.g., “INV-”) and an incrementing counter. Configure this in Settings > Invoice Defaults.

Lead, Qualified, Proposal, Negotiation, Won, and Lost. These are fixed for now — custom stages are on the roadmap.

Yes. The Deal Conversion report shows your conversion funnel and win/loss rates by stage.

Only if you want to send emails from the CRM (invoices, portal links, notifications). The CRM works fine without it — you just won’t be able to send emails directly.

Yes. You can export all your data at any time (GDPR Article 20), and we only store what’s necessary to run the service. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Your data remains accessible for 30 days after cancellation. After that, it’s permanently deleted. Export your data before cancelling.
