Is there a free plan?
Section titled “Is there a free plan?”Yes. The free plan includes up to 100 contacts, 1 user, and basic invoicing. Upgrade to Pro or Enterprise when you need more.
Can I try it before paying?
Section titled “Can I try it before paying?”The free plan is fully functional — no credit card required. Use it as long as you like.
Is my data secure?
Section titled “Is my data secure?”Yes. All data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS), passwords are hashed with Argon2, and we support two-factor authentication. Each organization’s data is completely isolated from others.
Contacts
Section titled “Contacts”How do I import contacts from another CRM?
Section titled “How do I import contacts from another CRM?”Export your contacts as a CSV file from your current tool, then use the Import feature in intrebit. Match the column headers (name, email, phone, company, notes) and upload.
Can I merge duplicate contacts?
Section titled “Can I merge duplicate contacts?”Not currently. Use the “Update existing” mode during import to update contacts with matching email addresses.
Is there a contact limit?
Section titled “Is there a contact limit?”The free plan supports up to 100 contacts. Pro and Enterprise plans have unlimited contacts.
Invoicing
Section titled “Invoicing”What currencies are supported?
Section titled “What currencies are supported?”You can set any currency in Settings > Invoice Defaults. The CRM formats amounts according to your chosen currency.
Can clients pay online?
Section titled “Can clients pay online?”Not directly through the CRM yet. You can include payment instructions (bank details, PayPal link, etc.) in the invoice notes. Clients can view invoices through the Client Portal.
How do invoice numbers work?
Section titled “How do invoice numbers work?”Invoice numbers are auto-generated using your prefix (e.g., “INV-”) and an incrementing counter. Configure this in Settings > Invoice Defaults.
What are the deal stages?
Section titled “What are the deal stages?”Lead, Qualified, Proposal, Negotiation, Won, and Lost. These are fixed for now — custom stages are on the roadmap.
Can I see my win rate?
Section titled “Can I see my win rate?”Yes. The Deal Conversion report shows your conversion funnel and win/loss rates by stage.
Do I need to configure SMTP?
Section titled “Do I need to configure SMTP?”Only if you want to send emails from the CRM (invoices, portal links, notifications). The CRM works fine without it — you just won’t be able to send emails directly.
Which email providers work?
Section titled “Which email providers work?”Any provider with SMTP support — Gmail, Outlook, Resend, Mailgun, and more. See the Email & SMTP guide.
How many users can I have?
Section titled “How many users can I have?”Free: 1 user. Pro: up to 10. Enterprise: unlimited. See Plans & Pricing.
Can I restrict what team members see?
Section titled “Can I restrict what team members see?”Yes. Use roles — Viewer (read-only), Manager (can create/edit), Admin (full access). See Team & Users.
Can I export my data?
Section titled “Can I export my data?”Yes. You can export individual entities (contacts, deals, invoices, bookings) as CSV, or download everything at once from Settings > Data Export.
Is intrebit GDPR compliant?
Section titled “Is intrebit GDPR compliant?”Yes. You can export all your data at any time (GDPR Article 20), and we only store what’s necessary to run the service. See our Privacy Policy for details.
What happens if I cancel?
Section titled “What happens if I cancel?”Your data remains accessible for 30 days after cancellation. After that, it’s permanently deleted. Export your data before cancelling.
