First Steps

After signing up, you’ll be guided through a quick setup wizard. Here’s what to expect.

The wizard walks you through:

  1. Company profile — your business name, email, phone, and address
  2. Invoice defaults — VAT rate, currency, and invoice numbering
  3. Your first contact — add a client or lead to get started
  4. Your first deal — create a deal to see the pipeline in action

You can skip any step and come back to it later in Settings.

The left sidebar is your main navigation:

The fastest way to get value from the CRM:

  1. Import contacts — go to Contacts and click the import button to upload a CSV
  2. Create a deal — attach it to a contact and set the stage
  3. Send your first invoice — create one from the Invoices page
  • Use the search bar at the top of any page to quickly find contacts, deals, or invoices
  • The notification bell in the sidebar shows important updates
  • Switch between light and dark mode in Settings > Appearance
