Navigating the App

The sidebar on the left is your main navigation. It’s always visible on desktop and collapses to a hamburger menu on mobile.

  • Dashboard — key metrics, recent activity, upcoming tasks
  • Deals — sales pipeline with drag-and-drop stages
  • Contacts — client and lead database
  • Tasks — to-do list with priorities and due dates
  • Reminders — scheduled alerts for follow-ups
  • Calendar — visual calendar view of bookings
  • Bookings — appointment management
  • Invoices — create and track invoices
  • Recurring — automated recurring invoices
  • Analytics — traffic and engagement data
  • Reports — revenue, aging, conversion, and utilization reports
  • Team — manage users and roles
  • Audit Log — see who changed what and when
  • Settings — company profile, email, billing, and more

There are three roles in intrebit CRM:

Every list page has a search bar. Type to filter results instantly. For contacts, search works server-side so it finds matches across all pages.

Click the bell icon at the bottom of the sidebar to see notifications. You’ll be notified about:

  • Tasks assigned to you
  • Upcoming task due dates
  • Deals won
  • Overdue invoices
  • Payments received
  • New contacts created

Manage what you receive in Settings > Notifications.

On screens smaller than 768px, the sidebar collapses. Tap the hamburger menu (top left) to open it as a slide-in overlay.
