The CRM supports keyboard shortcuts for common actions. These work on any page unless you’re typing in a form field.

/) as a quick launcher — it filters the current page’s data
Esc is your universal “go back” key — it closes modals, clears search, and dismisses overlays- Tab through form fields for faster data entry instead of clicking each one
