Product Catalog
The product catalog stores your products and services so you can quickly add them to invoices and quotes without retyping details every time.
Adding a product
Section titled “Adding a product”- Go to the products section
- Click New Product
- Fill in:
- Name — product or service name
- Description — what it includes
- SKU — optional stock keeping unit / reference code
- Unit price — default price
- Currency — EUR, USD, etc.
- Tax rate — default tax percentage for this product
- Unit — how it’s measured (hour, piece, month, etc.)
- Click Save
Using products in invoices
Section titled “Using products in invoices”When adding a line item to an invoice or quote, you can select from your product catalog. The description, price, and tax rate are pre-filled automatically.
You can still override any field per invoice — the catalog values are just defaults.
Active vs inactive
Section titled “Active vs inactive”Toggle products as inactive to hide them from the selection dropdown without deleting them. Existing invoices that reference inactive products are not affected.
- Create products for your most common services to speed up invoicing
- Use the SKU field for internal reference codes
- Review prices periodically and update the catalog — existing invoices keep their original prices
