Converting to invoice
Section titled “Converting to invoice”When a quote is accepted, you can convert it to an invoice. This copies all line items, contact, and notes into a new invoice — saving you from re-entering everything.
- Set realistic “valid until” dates to create urgency (14-30 days is standard)
- Include detailed line items so clients know exactly what they’re paying for
- Follow up on sent quotes that haven’t been accepted within a week
