Two-Factor Authentication

Two-factor authentication (2FA) requires a code from your phone in addition to your password when logging in.

Setting up 2FA

1. Go to Settings > Two-Factor Auth
2. Click Set Up 2FA
3. Scan the QR code with your authenticator app:
   • Google Authenticator
   • Authy
   • 1Password
   • Any TOTP-compatible app
4. Enter the 6-digit code from your app to verify
5. Click Enable

Logging in with 2FA

1. Enter your username and password as usual
2. You’ll be prompted for a 6-digit code
3. Open your authenticator app and enter the current code
4. Click Verify

Disabling 2FA

1. Go to Settings > Two-Factor Auth
2. Click Disable 2FA
3. Enter your current 2FA code to confirm

Tips

• Save your authenticator app’s backup/recovery codes in a safe place
• If you lose access to your authenticator, contact your admin to reset 2FA
• We recommend all admin users enable 2FA
