Two-Factor Authentication
Two-factor authentication (2FA) requires a code from your phone in addition to your password when logging in.
Setting up 2FA
Section titled “Setting up 2FA”- Go to Settings > Two-Factor Auth
- Click Set Up 2FA
- Scan the QR code with your authenticator app:
- Google Authenticator
- Authy
- 1Password
- Any TOTP-compatible app
- Enter the 6-digit code from your app to verify
- Click Enable
Logging in with 2FA
Section titled “Logging in with 2FA”- Enter your username and password as usual
- You’ll be prompted for a 6-digit code
- Open your authenticator app and enter the current code
- Click Verify
Disabling 2FA
Section titled “Disabling 2FA”- Go to Settings > Two-Factor Auth
- Click Disable 2FA
- Enter your current 2FA code to confirm
- Save your authenticator app’s backup/recovery codes in a safe place
- If you lose access to your authenticator, contact your admin to reset 2FA
- We recommend all admin users enable 2FA
