Data Export
intrebit CRM lets you download all your data at any time. This is useful for backups, migrating to another tool, or GDPR data portability requests.
Full data export
Section titled “Full data export”- Go to Settings > Data Export
- Click Download All Data
- A ZIP file will download containing CSV files for every type of data in your account
What’s included
Section titled “What’s included”The export contains one CSV file per data type:
- Contacts, deals, tasks, activities
- Invoices, invoice items, payments
- Bookings, recurring invoices
- Tags, custom field definitions
- Email templates, forms, form submissions
- Automation rules, email sequences
- Notifications, reminders
- Audit log, settings
- Users in your organization
- And more (40+ tables)
What’s excluded
Section titled “What’s excluded”For security, the export does NOT include:
- Passwords or password hashes
- Two-factor authentication secrets
- API key hashes
- Portal access tokens
- SMTP passwords
- IP addresses from form submissions
Per-entity exports
Section titled “Per-entity exports”You can also export individual entities as CSV:
- Contacts — Contacts page > Export button
- Deals — Deals page > Export button
- Invoices — Invoices page > Export button
- Bookings — Bookings page > Export button
These per-entity exports include search filters — so you can export just a subset of your data.
Under GDPR Article 20 (Right to Data Portability), you have the right to receive your data in a machine-readable format. The full data export satisfies this requirement.
