Notifications
Notifications keep you informed about important events in your CRM.
Notification types
Section titled “Notification types”| Type | What triggers it |
|---|---|
| Task assigned | A task is assigned to you |
| Task due | A task’s due date is approaching |
| Deal won | A deal is marked as won |
| Invoice overdue | An invoice passes its due date |
| Payment received | A payment is recorded on an invoice |
| Contact created | A new contact is added |
Delivery channels
Section titled “Delivery channels”Each notification type can be delivered via:
- In-app — appears in the notification bell in the sidebar
- Email — sent to your account email
Configuring preferences
Section titled “Configuring preferences”- Go to Settings > Notifications
- For each notification type, toggle In-app and Email on or off
- Changes save automatically
Viewing notifications
Section titled “Viewing notifications”Click the bell icon at the bottom of the sidebar. You’ll see:
- Unread count (badge on the bell)
- List of recent notifications
- Mark as read — click individual notifications
- Mark all as read — clear all at once
Old notifications are automatically cleaned up after 90 days.
