Notifications

Notifications keep you informed about important events in your CRM.

TypeWhat triggers it
Task assignedA task is assigned to you
Task dueA task’s due date is approaching
Deal wonA deal is marked as won
Invoice overdueAn invoice passes its due date
Payment receivedA payment is recorded on an invoice
Contact createdA new contact is added

Each notification type can be delivered via:

  • In-app — appears in the notification bell in the sidebar
  • Email — sent to your account email
  1. Go to Settings > Notifications
  2. For each notification type, toggle In-app and Email on or off
  3. Changes save automatically

Click the bell icon at the bottom of the sidebar. You’ll see:

  • Unread count (badge on the bell)
  • List of recent notifications
  • Mark as read — click individual notifications
  • Mark all as read — clear all at once

Old notifications are automatically cleaned up after 90 days.
