Reminders
Reminders are time-based alerts that ensure you never forget an important follow-up.
Creating a reminder
Section titled “Creating a reminder”- Go to Reminders in the sidebar
- Click New Reminder
- Fill in:
- Title (required) — what you need to remember
- Description — additional context
- Remind at — when you want to be notified
- Contact — optionally link to a contact
- Deal — optionally link to a deal
- Click Save
Managing reminders
Section titled “Managing reminders”When a reminder fires, you have three options:
| Action | What it does |
|---|---|
| Complete | Mark it as done — it’s handled |
| Snooze | Push it forward (15 min, 1 hour, 1 day, or custom) |
| Dismiss | Remove it without completing |
How you get notified
Section titled “How you get notified”- In-app — a notification appears in the bell icon in the sidebar
- Email — if email notifications are enabled in Settings > Notifications
You can configure which notifications you receive (in-app, email, or both) per notification type.
- Set reminders for follow-up calls 2-3 days after sending a proposal
- Use reminders for contract renewal dates
- Link reminders to deals so you can see them in context
